Hot Hula fitness®
A fun, new and exciting dance workout inspired by the dances of the Pacific Islands. In 60 minutes, this total body workout isolates larger muscle groups, increasing strength and definition of the core, glutes, quads and arms. HOT HULA is easy to follow, low impact and appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. No special equipment required. Please join us with comfortable clothing.
Waikiki Hula & Workout

Come experience Aloha while learning The Hula. Take a mini tropical vacation while dancing to classics by Elvis and Don Ho. This is a fun, gentle low-impact exercise to help strengthen your core and lower back. No coconut bras or hula hoops required
Waikiki Workout
It's dance, fitness, and a tropical vacation in one! Based on basic hip movements of Hawaiian hula and Tahitian drum dances, Waikiki Workout is cardio, toning, and low-impact. Dance to soothing melodies of Hawaii, exotic drums of Tahiti and other favourites from our shows, and say ALOHA to your new beach body!
